Insurance If you have an insurance plan, please bring your card at the time of your visit so that our staff may make a copy for our billing department to accurately bill your insurance for your visit. If you use our Web Check In Tool please still be sure to bring a copy of your card as that will be necessary for us to complete your chart. At the time of your visit, all co-pays, deductibles, and/or visit amounts will be due and can be paid in either cash or credit card. Benefits vary from plan to plan, so you may contact our facility if you have questions. PCUC will use our affiliated billing company (Advantage Billing Network) to file you claim, meaning fewer insurance headaches for you. We are pleased to accept the following insurances:
