Online Check In
Since there are no appointments made at Parker County Urgent Care, the Online Check In form is not an actual appointment. We use this form in order to place your name on our list to be called when the provider is ready to see you.

Our office is only able to accept a check in form while we are open. If you submit this form during a time which we are closed, the form will not get processed until the next business day.

Please do not use Online Check In for the following needs:
  • Emergencies
  • Flu Shots
  • School Physicals
PLEASE DIAL 9-1-1 if you have an emergency such as chest pains, uncontrolled bleeding, poison, constant vomiting, serious breathing problems, or anything else that maybe life or limb threatening. This form is not meant for emergency treatment.

We will call you to confirm your check in information and give you an approximate wait time before a provider will be ready to see you. When we do call, please be ready to leave right away so that you don’t lose your place in line.
